• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive limited details such as card type, last four digits and expiration date, never your full card number.
• Glow quiz answers: your skin tone, sun response and goals if you take the quiz, and your email if you choose to share it.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

• To process and ship orders, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
• To recommend a plan based on your quiz answers.
• To send order and subscription emails, and, if you opt in, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email).
• To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and comply with law.
• To understand and improve the site and our products.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments), our fulfillment and shipping partners, our email provider, and site hosting and analytics providers, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
