These Terms govern your use of getsundust.com and your purchase of SUNDUST products. SUNDUST is a brand of Solvara Brands LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Our products

SUNDUST Daily Glow Gummies are a dietary supplement. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. SUNDUST is not a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn or UV damage. Individual results vary.

Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing, smoke or have smoked, take medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children. Content on this site is for general information and is not medical advice.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain a pricing or listing error; if we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

• Cancel anytime, online. Use the "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation email, or email support@getsundust.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date. Renewal charges that have already been processed are not refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If we change your subscription price, we will email you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before you're charged the new price.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or cancel the subscription.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site and marketing. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to the product.

7. Intellectual property

The SUNDUST name, logo, packaging, site design, text, and images are owned by Solvara Brands LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvara Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
